Cancellation Policy
Members are encouraged to cancel a reservation as soon as possible if they are unable to attend. Any reservation by a member for use of the club’s lodging or meals that is cancelled less than three days prior to the scheduled arrival date shall be considered a late cancellation. Notification of such cancellation must be received by the club manager(s) no later than three days prior to the scheduled arrival. Partial cancellations must follow the same protocol. In the event of a late cancellation, at his discretion, the club manager may notify the Treasurer to bill that member for a late cancellation penalty equal to two days board for each person in the cancelled party. Such invoice is payable upon receipt. Any member may appeal the penalty in writing to the Executive Committee, which shall have sole discretion to act on a waiver.
