Week of 7/7/25 – Notes from Fred Mertz

“We were at Bras Coupe for 5 days

last week.  The week before it rained

for days and put the lake water up

about 1.5 feet.  The fishing was spectacular.  About 10 walleye

caught in Five Mile at the waterfall.

Ashigaw and Chubb pike were on fire.  

Tons of bass on Bittaw and Main Lake.  

Caught a few lakers as well.”
